We aim to make the registration process as simple as possible, and once registered you will have a designated consultant to look after your interests.
We place specialist teachers and teaching assistants in Nursery, Primary, Secondary and Special Educational needs schools throughout London and the South East. We have positions available undertaking daily supply, long-term contracts covering 1-3 terms as well as permanent opportunities.
All schools are vetted by us and we will endeavor to find you a suitable placement as close to home as desired. We provide journey planners and full details of schools so that you are as fully prepared as possible. We offer excellent rates of pay, especially on longer term assignments and operate a refer a friend scheme for which we pay £100.00 (subject to conditions).

BWC Education is committed to ensuring that you are compliant, as is demonstrated by our stringent vetting procedures during the registration process in accordance with DCSF guidelines. You will be required to attend an in-depth interview with one of our specialist consultants, in order to assess your experience, specialist areas and suitability for vacancies that arise.
FAQs
- Can you arrange a bank account? ........Yes, we have an arrangement with a major UK high street bank and can open an account for you very quickly
- When and how do I get paid? ............. Payment is made weekly in arrears, and by bank transfer only to a UK bank account
- PAYE/Limited Company?....................... You can be paid on a PAYE basis through our payroll, where we deduct tax and National Insurance at source. Or you may prefer to utilise an umbrella company, which is far more tax efficient.
- Working arrangements?........................ You will be contacted as soon as a suitable position becomes available. On short term supply this is often at short notice, On longer term supply contracts you will usually have a few weeks or even months' advance warning
- What happens if I don't like a particular school? ....... Simply advise your consultant accordingly, and you won't be asked to return there. We rely on feedback from our teachers, and take your comments very seriously
